Italian Arugula and Cherry Tomato Beef Salad

This restaurant-quality dish is easy to make at home. I had a small bunch of arugula and a piece of mozzarella left in the refrigerator that urgently needed to be put somewhere. This is how this salad came about. It turned out incredibly tasty. The combination of baked beef and mozzarella is simply divine. The combination of arugula, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes gives the salad an Italian charm.

Mozzarella 150 g
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Arugula 20 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Fillet of beef 300 g
Cherry tomatoes 100 g
Avocado 1 pc
Pine nuts 3 tbsp
