Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
cucumbers 3 pc
Squid 350 g

How to make squid salad with fresh cucumber and egg? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can make your own mayonnaise. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step. You can also use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt as a dressing. You can take them separately or mix them with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste — this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

Boil the eggs hard. Read about how to do this correctly in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Cool the finished eggs in cold water, peel and cut into cubes.

Wash the cucumbers and cut into strips.

Clean the squid carcasses and boil in salted water for 1 minute. You donʼt need to do it longer, otherwise they will become rubbery. Remove the finished squid from the water and cool. Cut the squid into strips and place in a salad bowl with the cucumbers.

Place the chopped eggs, squid and cucumbers in a salad bowl.
