Tomatoes 150 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Chicken fillet 300 g
Sesame 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 40 ml
Lettuce leaves 100 g

How to make a warm salad with chicken, peppers and tomatoes? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any tomatoes, regular plum or cherry. You can add or replace the vegetable part to your liking. This salad can also be prepared from turkey, pork or beef.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into cubes.

Place the chopped chicken in a bowl. Pour soy sauce over it and sprinkle with ground pepper. Stir and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stems and cut into strips.

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. I have strong plum tomatoes. If you use cherry tomatoes, cut them in half. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. My salad mixture consists of arugula with radiccio. If you wish, you can replace the finished salad mixture with one type of lettuce or Chinese cabbage.

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the chicken along with the marinade and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Place the bell pepper in the frying pan with the chicken and fry everything together, stirring, over medium heat for another 3-5 minutes.

Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Place fried chicken with bell peppers and tomato slices on top directly from the pan.

Pour the remaining vegetable oil over the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It is not necessary to add additional salt to the salad — soy sauce does the job perfectly. Serve the warm salad immediately. Bon appetit!
