Hard cheese 70 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
bell pepper 0.5 pc
Canned champignons 200 g
Smoked chicken 150 g
Chinese cabbage 100 g

How to make an Awesome salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Open the can of canned mushrooms and drain the liquid. You can buy smoked chicken ready-made.

Remove the shell from boiled eggs. Separate the chicken meat from the bones.

We will place the salad in layers in a ring for assembly. Remove the top couple of leaves from the Chinese cabbage and cut it in half lengthwise. Chop the Chinese cabbage into thin pieces and place as the first layer of salad. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with a small amount of mayonnaise. You can make your own mayonnaise. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and place the next layer on the Chinese cabbage.

Then grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater. You can use 3-5 eggs, depending on the desired layer thickness. Lubricate the layer like all the others with mayonnaise. Next, add a layer of chopped champignons.

Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, finely chop and place in a ring over the surface of the champignons.

Place the last layer of grated cheese. Remove the serving ring from the finished salad. The top of the salad can be decorated to your liking.
