The recipe uses a very tasty and interesting dressing, which will serve as an excellent replacement for mayonnaise. The finished salad has a spicy, original taste rich in a variety of ingredients. Ingredients for making Cobb salad. Boil or bake chicken fillet in the oven, boil hard-boiled eggs. We sort, wash, and dry the greens (choose greens to your taste, there should be a lot of them in the salad). We clean and wash all the vegetables.

Cut the cheese into small cubes. Roughly chop the boiled chicken and cut the smoked brisket into strips.

Cut the avocado and tomato into small cubes. Cut the salted or pickled cucumber into slices. We will need it to decorate the salad.

Separately grind the yolks and whites of hard-boiled eggs.

Chop the greens. I have this: lettuce, dill, parsley, green onions.

Pour oil into a bowl, squeeze the garlic through a press or finely chop it, add vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, season with pepper, salt to taste (here you need to be careful with salt, since smoked breast is already salted, Roquefort too).

Place all the chopped ingredients in strips on a large dish. Pour the dressing over the salad. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes.
