Frozen mussels 130 g
Cherry tomatoes 100 g
Green beans 220 g
bell pepper 50 g
Sesame 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Greenery 4 g

For refueling:

Soy sauce 1.5 tsp
Olive oil 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice 1.5 tsp

How to make a salad with mussels and tomatoes? We will need: mussels, tomatoes (you can take any, cherry tomatoes look better in a festive version), any vegetables and herbs. I added green beans, bell pepper, parsley, basil, as well as sesame seeds, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce. If you like it, then arugula goes well with this salad.

Wash the green beans, remove the ends of each pod from both sides. Boil the beans in salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Drain the water, cool the beans, cut each pod into 3 parts.

Rinse frozen mussels under running water, place them in boiling salted water, and wait until they boil. Reduce heat and cook mussels for 1 minute. Mussel meat is tender, so you should not exceed the cooking time so that the taste of the seafood is not lost.

Remove the finished mussels with a slotted spoon and let cool.

Wash the bell pepper, dry it, remove the seeds, cut into strips.
