Healthy Beetroot Salad with Dried Fruits

Very healthy, tasty and simple beet salad. We all know that beets are very good for digestion. And its combination with dried fruits makes the salad doubly healthier. After all, dried apricots and prunes are sources of vitamins and microelements that the body needs and which are so lacking in the spring. This salad can be an option for fasting days if you replace the sour cream with vegetable oil.
