Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 3 pc
Potato 4 pc
Pickles 2 pc
Mayonnaise 150 g
Greenery to taste
cucumbers 2 pc
Green pea (canned) 200 g
Salmon (lightly salted fillet) 300 g

Hard-boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes.

Boil potatoes in their jackets, drain the water, cool, peel and cut into cubes.

Wash fresh cucumbers, dry them, cut into cubes.

Also cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.

Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid and add the peas to the salad.

Cut the salmon into cubes or strips.

Peel the onion, cut into fine cubes.

Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
