Even the most picky guests will like the result! You don’t have to lay it out in layers, but mix it and season it with sauce!

Sour cream 2 tbsp
Hard cheese 150 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Ham 200 g
cucumbers 200 g
Lettuce leaves (iceberg, romano, etc.) 70 g

How to make a delicious Nezhenka salad? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list.

Peel the ham from the factory film and cut into small strips.

Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into strips. For this salad, it is advisable to peel any cucumbers — this will make the salad softer and live up to its name.

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut the eggs into the same strips as the ham and cucumber.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Any cheese will do. I have Tilsiter.

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry and cut into thin strips. I have Romano lettuce, but Iceberg, Frillis, and regular Moscow lettuce are also suitable.

Combine mayonnaise with sour cream and stir thoroughly. For convenience, you can transfer the mixture into a disposable pastry bag and cut off the tip.

Place a cooking ring with a diameter of 14-16 cm on a plate. Place the ham in the first layer and pour mayonnaise-sour cream sauce over it.

Next, lay out the cucumbers and also pour mayonnaise over them.

Place the next layer of chopped eggs and pour the sauce over them.

Distribute shredded lettuce leaves evenly on top. You can pour sauce on top like I did, or leave them like that. They are quite juicy.

The last layer is grated cheese. There is no need to pour mayonnaise on this layer, unless for decoration. Place the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour. If you cook in advance, cover the ring with cling film.
