Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad from boiled red beans and carrots? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. To make the salad healthier and tastier, it is best to use your own homemade mayonnaise for dressing. You can take ready-made crackers or make your own.

Step 2

Step 2
Beans should be soaked for at least two hours before cooking, preferably overnight. This way we will reduce the cooking time of the beans. Then rinse the beans, add them to the pan, cover with water and cook for about one hour. About 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and stir.

Step 3

Step 3
When the beans are cooked, leave them in the water in which they were boiled for about half an hour.

Step 4

Step 4
Then drain the water and cool the beans.

Step 5

Step 5
Wash the carrots in running water with a brush, peel, rinse and dry. Grind the carrots using a medium-sized grater. Add spices (I use ground black pepper), salt and mix well.

Step 6

Step 6
In a deep bowl (gossip bowl), combine boiled red beans, grated fresh carrots and white bread croutons (I have garlic flavor).

Step 7

Step 7
Peel one clove of garlic and squeeze it into a bowl. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. Our salad of boiled red beans and carrots is ready. Serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
