You can use any meat fillet, and replace the champignons with wild mushrooms. It is good to complement the dish with spices and various sauces, except mayonnaise.

Champignon 250 g
Mayonnaise 50 g

How to make chicken, mushroom, onion salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For chicken meat, you can use breast fillet or thigh fillet. Boil the chicken in boiling water for about 30 minutes in advance. Then cool. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes, then cool them in cold water.

Rinse the champignons in running water to remove dirt and dry. Then cut the mushrooms into slices.

Peel the onions and carrots. Rinse. Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
