How to make Bride salad with smoked chicken and melted cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Smoked chicken meat is suitable from any part of the carcass. I used chicken thighs. It is better to boil eggs and potatoes in advance so that you don’t have to wait for them to cool down. Take thick sour cream, with a high percentage of fat content, so that it does not spread. Place the cheese in the freezer about half an hour before cooking to make it easier to work with.

Pickle the onion. To do this, mix water at room temperature with vinegar and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Peel the onion, rinse and chop very thinly. To avoid irritating the mucous membranes of your eyes when cutting onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. Place the chopped onion in a bowl with the marinade, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then squeeze and place in a sieve to drain excess liquid.

Since the salad is layered, it can be laid out in layers in a large salad bowl or in portions. The specified quantity of products yields two servings. I laid out the salad using a cooking ring, but you can carefully lay out the ingredients in a heap. Grease the bottom with a thin layer of sour cream.
