How to make a salad with crab sticks, apple and corn? Prepare your food. This salad requires a minimum of ingredients. If you wish, you can replace the onions with green onions or not add them at all; for spiciness, you can add chopped garlic to the mayonnaise.

Peel the onions and chop finely. To prevent it from spoiling the taste of the salad with bitterness, it is better to marinate the onions. To do this, add sugar, vinegar and water to the chopped onion, mix and leave for 20 minutes.

It is better to take apples of the sweet and sour variety, they will add pleasant flavor notes to the salad. If the apples have a hard skin, remove it and remove the seed pod. Cut the pulp into cubes or strips. To prevent the apple from darkening, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice.

How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. Remove the defrosted crab sticks from the packaging and remove the film from them. The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes difficult to remove. To make the process easier, hold the chopsticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes with a knife.

Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. You can add a little salt to taste, just keep in mind that the mayonnaise is already quite salty. It is better to leave the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is well soaked and cooled.
