Ingredients (10 portions)

For marinating lamb 3.5 kg:

Tarragon, tarragon 2 tbsp
Paprika 3 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Zira 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 1 tbsp
Garlic 50 g
Salt 4 tbsp
Olive oil 200 g

For pickling vegetables:

Dry spices 30 g
Salt 3 tbsp
Zucchini 2 pc
Corn 0.5 kg
Champignon 500 g
Carrot 1 pc
Tomatoes 5 pc
Grenadine 200 ml

Before preparing the leg of lamb, we will remove the lymph nodes and wen.
