Smoked Chicken, Pineapple, and Cabbage Salad

Many people will like the tasty and bright taste of the salad. I really love these salads for their ease of preparation. All you need to do in advance is boil the eggs and simply mix all the ingredients. And fruits added to the salad, in this case pineapples, give the salad lightness and freshness. Try it!

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Eggs 2 pc
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Dill to taste
Pineapples 150 g
Smoked chicken 150 g
Chinese cabbage 100 g

Recipe instructions

To prepare the salad, use smoked chicken. Peel it and separate the meat from the bones. Cut the amount of chicken meat required for the salad into small cubes and place in a spacious bowl in which you will prepare the salad.

Shred the Chinese cabbage and add it to the bowl with the chopped chicken.

Drain the liquid from the canned pineapples and cut them into small pieces, approximately the same size. Add chopped pineapples to the salad.

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes and cool. Peel the eggs and cut them into a bowl for the salad. Then add some chopped dill.

Season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise and mix well. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, transfer the prepared salad to a salad bowl. Bon appetit!
