Crab & Pineapple Festive Salad

Simple, elegant, very tasty! Decoration of the festive table. Crab salad with pineapple is one of my favorite holiday salads. Can be cooked with crab sticks or crab meat, shrimp. It is better to squeeze the pineapples lightly so that excess juice does not accumulate at the bottom of the salad bowl.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Eggs 4 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 50 g
Pineapples (canned) 250 g
Crab sticks 250 g

How to make a salad with crab sticks, pineapple and cheese? Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the crab sticks into medium cubes.

Drain liquid from canned pineapples. If the pineapples are in half rings, cut into small pieces. My pineapples were already cut into pieces. Some large pieces were cut in half.

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.

Cut the cheese into small cubes. Or grate it on a coarse grater — this will give the salad a more delicate taste.

In a salad bowl, combine crab sticks, pineapples, cheese and chopped eggs.

Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. Before serving, place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
