Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make squid salad egg mayonnaise cucumber? Fresh cucumbers, two small or one large. Squids should be thawed at room temperature. Pre-boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then cool in cold water. Fresh dill, about 8 — 10 sprigs. To dress the salad, I will use mayonnaise, but you can dress the salad with sour cream, natural yogurt, or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Prepare a deep bowl or salad bowl.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the squid, remove the ridges and entrails. Pour cold water into a saucepan and place over high heat. Rinse each carcass under cold running water. Place the squid carcasses in boiling water for 1 — 2 minutes from the moment of boiling and remove them, placing them on a plate. Let the squid cool completely. You should not cook squids for a long time, otherwise they will become hard and rubbery.

Step 3

Step 3
Once the squid has cooled, cut it into strips and place in the salad bowl of your choice. The squid and all the ingredients can be cut as desired, but in this case I choose to cut it into strips, since, it seems to me, it looks more appetizing with this cut.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the boiled and cooled eggs and cut into strips. Add the chopped eggs to the bowl with the squid.

Step 5

Step 5
Rinse fresh cucumbers with cold running water, cut off the ends and cut into strips. Add chopped cucumber to the salad bowl.

Step 6

Step 6
Rinse fresh dill with running cold water and shake off excess liquid. For salad, take thin shoots and leaves, leave thick stems, for example, for soup. Chop fresh dill and add to salad.

Step 7

Step 7
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. Taste the salad for salt, add salt if necessary and stir.

Step 8

Step 8
The finished salad can be served immediately after it is prepared. This salad can be served as a complete light dinner, as well as a salad for a daily or holiday menu.
