A delicious and simple salad for a complete lunch. This salad is pretty simple. All components fit well together. Beans make the salad nutritious, but at the same time it is not heavy at all and is eaten quite quickly.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Carrot (medium, boiled) 1 pc
Bulb onions (medium bulb) 1 pc
Salted cucumbers 1 pc
Mayonnaise (or to taste) 0.5 cup
bell pepper (if very large, then half) 1 pc
Ham 130 g
Red beans 70 g

Boil the beans until tender. At the end of cooking, salt the beans. You can pre-soak the beans overnight in cold water to speed up the cooking process.

Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it to make it less bitter. Leave until completely cool.

Cut the pepper into small cubes.
