Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

How to make a Manʼs whim salad with chicken and mushrooms? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace the chicken with any other meat, such as turkey, beef or pork. But keep in mind that in this case the calorie content and cooking time of the dish will change.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle the chicken with spices and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into cubes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion and fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Add the chicken fillet to the onion and fry everything together, stirring, until a light golden crust appears.

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Divide into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater. Grate the yolks on a fine grater. You can grate the yolks immediately or directly onto the salad, then they will be fluffier.

Wash the dill, shake off the water and chop finely. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Remove the honey mushrooms from the brine and dry. In addition to honey mushrooms, you can use other mushrooms, including champignons. Mushrooms can be marinated or fried.

Place a cooking ring on a plate. Add chicken and onions and compact. Top the chicken with mayonnaise. I put the mayonnaise into a piping bag and cut off the tip. Itʼs more convenient than using a spoon.

Distribute the grated whites in the next layer and pour mayonnaise over them. If you wish, you can add salt to some layers, but I usually don’t add salt to salads with mayonnaise; mayonnaise is quite enough.

Place grated yolks on the whites and also pour mayonnaise on top.

Sprinkle chopped herbs on top of the salad.
