How to make a delicious layered salad with smoked chicken? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Ingredients can be supplemented or replaced to suit your taste. You can buy store-bought mayonnaise or make your own.

Remove skin and bones from the smoked breast and cut into small cubes. You can replace the breast with meat from smoked legs. You can replace smoked chicken with boiled, fried or baked chicken.

Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut into small strips or small cubes. The peel, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off. But to make the salad more tender, I cut off the skin.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into small cubes. To make the salad beautiful and bright, I used yellow peppers.

Drain liquid from canned pineapples and dry. If the pineapples are rings, then cut them into small pieces. It is advisable to lightly squeeze the pineapples so that the salad is not watery.

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into quarters, removing the core and seeds. Then cut the pulp into small cubes. Tomatoes need to be juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.

Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it and finely chop it.

You can simply mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, but I prefer to make the salad in a cooking ring so that all the layers are visible. A ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm is suitable. Place the smoked chicken in the first layer and pour mayonnaise over it. I put the mayonnaise into a piping bag and cut off the tip. Itʼs more convenient than using a spoon.
