Basic:

How to make an incredibly tasty Favorite salad? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can replace the pork tongue with beef tongue. Instead of ham, use smoked carbonate, neck or ham. Replace pickled mushrooms with fried ones.

Cut the onion into half rings, place in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Add vinegar and sugar and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Then drain the marinade. You can replace white onions with red onions or shallots, which do not need to be pickled at all. If you donʼt like onions in salads, you can omit them altogether.

Peel the ham from the factory film and cut into strips.

Pre-boil the pork tongue in boiling salted water for about 1.5-2 hours until tender. Fill the finished tongue with cold water, peel the skin and cut into cubes.

Pre-boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Cool the meat and cut into strips.

Remove the marinated champignons from the marinade and cut into strips or quarters. I had already chopped mushrooms.

Cut the cucumber into strips. I recommend cutting off the peel to give the salad a softer texture.

Wash the greens, dry and finely chop. In addition to parsley, you can use any herbs to your taste: dill, basil, cilantro, etc. Or even use a mixture of different herbs.

In a bowl, combine pork tongue, chicken, ham, pickled onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and herbs. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. If you wish, you can add additional salt and pepper to the salad, but I do not add spices to salads with mayonnaise.

Before serving, place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. If you prepare the salad in advance, for example in the evening, then do not season it with mayonnaise. Season just before serving.
