Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Mayonnaise (taste) 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 3 pc
cucumbers 180 g
Starch 50 g
Smoked sausage 150 g

How to make a salad with pancakes and smoked sausage? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Both potato and corn starch are suitable for the dough. Take a medium-sized cucumber, eggs — C1 or C0. If the garlic cloves are small, use two instead of one. If you have ready-made thin pancakes, use them. Then the salad is prepared in a matter of minutes.

If you donʼt have ready-made pancakes, start by making them. Wash the eggs with soap. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. There is no need to whip until foamy.

Then sift starch into the eggs in small portions and mix until smooth. You need to sift so that lumps do not form in the dough, which are then difficult to remove. The dough should be as thick as heavy cream. If it is too thick, add a little water. Pour in the vegetable oil, leaving a little to grease the pan, and stir until smooth.

Take a frying pan — a pancake pan or one in which you are comfortable baking pancakes. Heat it until hot. Grease with vegetable oil. Pour some batter into the center and, turning and tilting the pan, spread it over the entire bottom. Bake pancakes over medium heat on both sides until lightly browned.

I got 4 pancakes. But the quantity is not important for this salad, make as much as there is enough dough for. Grease the pan with oil as needed if the pancakes start to stick to the pan. Cool the prepared pancakes completely.

Wash the cucumber, dry it, cut off the tail and cut into strips. Remove the packaging from the sausage and cut into strips, just like the cucumber. Peel and chop the garlic in any way. I put it through the press.

Place the cooled pancakes in a stack on top of each other and roll into a tight roll. Then slice it crosswise to create long, thin noodle-like strips.
