How to make the Beloved Husband salad with smoked breast and mushrooms? Prepare your food. Pre-boil the eggs and cool. For smoked chicken, take boneless breast. Choose high-quality processed cheese, without vegetable fats; I take Druzhba cheese. Mayonnaise is used to dress the salad; you can use a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. The salad can be prepared in a common salad bowl, or in portions on a plate, using a serving ring.

Rinse the champignons with cold running water to remove any remaining soil and debris. Chop the mushrooms not very large. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped mushrooms and onions and fry them until tender, 10-15 minutes, over low heat. Cool the fried champignons.

Peel pre-boiled and cooled chicken eggs and grate them on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. Remove the processed cheese from the packaging and grate it on a coarse grater into a bowl with the eggs. To make it easier to grate, put the cheese curds in the freezer for half an hour. Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press, add to the bowl with the eggs and cheese. Add mayonnaise to these ingredients and mix thoroughly.

For the salad, take the selected dish and place the champignons fried with onions on it.

Place half of the prepared egg-cheese mixture in the next layer. Distribute it evenly over all the mushrooms.

Remove skin and small bones from the chicken breast and cut into cubes. Place the next layer of chopped chicken on the salad, distributing it evenly over the previous layer.

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut them to your liking — circles, slices, semi-circles. Place the carefully chopped tomatoes in the last layer on the salad.

It is recommended to cool the finished salad before serving. But I would serve it immediately after cooking, so that the fried mushrooms and fresh tomatoes do not release the juice. When serving the salad, garnish it with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
