Creamy Caviar and Olive Lavash Rolls

The roll brought together three tastes: creamy, caviar, and a hint of olives. The combination of flavors of soft cream cheese and salty, tart herring caviar is perfect for snacking on strong alcohol — vodka or unsweetened liqueurs — with lavash rolls.

Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Olives (It is better to cut the olives into thin slices) 100 g
Soft cheese 50 g
Lavash thin 1 g
Fish caviar (I had salted herring caviar. Caviar of pollock, pike, carp is also suitable) 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Grease lavash with cheese. I like to use "Amber" and "Friendship", sold in plastic tubs

Step 2

Step 2
Thinly spread the caviar onto the cheese. Sprinkle thinly sliced olives on top

Step 3

Step 3
Carefully roll the roll crosswise. Without stretching the lavash cloth, to avoid tears

Step 4

Step 4
You can cut it right away and to do this you need to take a very sharp knife with a thin blade. If the knife is dull, it will squeeze out the contents of the snack, which will ruin the appearance.

Step 5

Step 5
We cut it beautifully, not a single egg was smeared :)

Step 6

Step 6
Arrange the roll pieces on a plate

Step 7

Step 7
The appetizer behaves well all evening — nothing leaks from the roll and looks beautiful! Bon appetit!
