Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make goat cheese salad? Very simple! Prepare all products according to the list. You can take any lettuce leaves to suit your taste. This time I have a mix of young leaves. Goat cheese can be replaced with any other pickled cheese.

Step 2

Step 2
Place the lettuce leaves in a colander and rinse under running cold water. Next, place them on kitchen napkins or towels and dry. Place lettuce leaves on a wide, flat plate.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the pear and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into thin feathers. I usually use red or white lettuce onions for salads. These onion varieties have a mild taste and go well with berries and cheese. Place pear and onion feathers on a plate in a second layer.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the berries, dry them and add them to all ingredients.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the cheese into small pieces with a knife or break it with your hands, whichever is more convenient for you. Spread the cheese pieces evenly over the berries.

Step 6

Step 6
Salt everything to taste, pepper and add your favorite spices. I used ground sweet paprika, dried basil and ground black pepper.

Step 7

Step 7
Drizzle the salad with olive or refined vegetable oil.

Step 8

Step 8
The salad is ready, ready to serve. Mix everything carefully before use.
