Eggs 4 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
cucumbers 2 pc
Chicken fillet 250 g
Green pea 150 g

How to make a salad with chicken, peas, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use breast fillet or drumstick fillet as chicken meat. The chicken can be boiled, fried or smoked. I will prepare a salad from boiled chicken. Cucumbers can be used either fresh or pickled. I will cook from fresh ones. Wash them in running water to remove dirt. Open the jar of peas and drain the liquid.

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-9 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs to cool. Chicken breast also needs to be boiled in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Salt it a little. Then cool the chicken.
