Preparing the ingredients. You can take smoked chicken or boil it in salted water, but with smoked chicken the taste of the salad is more original, more aromatic and richer. It is better to take round and large radishes, but if you only have an elongated one, this one will do; the flowers will turn out small, basically like a real violet flower.

Separate the smoked chicken meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.

Boil the eggs hard and cool. Separate the white of one egg from the yolk. We will need part of the yolk to decorate the salad; we chop it finely. Finely chop the eggs or crush them using an egg slicer.

In a bowl, mix chopped chicken meat, eggs, radishes, cheese, onions, salt to taste, season with sauce, mix. It is better to give the salad a little time to soak in the refrigerator. And put the salad in a salad bowl. We wash the spinach leaves well and dry them with napkins.
