Salt (or a little more to taste) 0.5 tsp
Sugar 3 tsp
Ground black pepper (taste) 0.5 tsp
Water (hot) 50 ml
Beet (small, about 300-350 grams) 3 pc
Vinegar (9%) 2 tsp
Grainy mustard 1 tsp

How to make pickled beets quickly? Very easy and simple! Prepare all products according to the list. Choose beets that are firm and firm; they are perfect for pickling.
