Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 50 g
Carrot 150 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Greenery to taste
Canned corn 100 g
Smoked sausage 150 g

How to make a salad with cheese, sausage and corn? Prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe. Take any smoked sausage. Hard cheese is suitable. Open the can of corn and drain the liquid.

Peel the carrots, rinse and dry. Grate the carrots using a coarse grater. Place in a deep, comfortable salad bowl.

Remove the casing from the sausage. Cut the sausage into thin slices and add to the carrots.

Grate the cheese and add to the salad bowl.

Add canned corn and mayonnaise to all ingredients. The amount of mayonnaise can be reduced or increased to suit your taste. I don’t like it when there is too much mayonnaise in salads, so I always try to add as little as possible.

Peel the garlic. Grate the clove on a fine grater or pass through a garlic press. Send to all products. Salt and pepper everything to taste. Rinse the greens and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Green young onions, dill or parsley are perfect for the salad. Chop the greens finely and add to the salad.
