Purple Chinese Cabbage Fruit Salad with Apples and Pomegranates

Beijing cabbage fits very organically into this salad. The other day I found Chinese cabbage of an interesting purple color in the store and quickly figured out what I could cook with it. Hereʼs the first recipe: fruit salad. Oddly enough, the neutral taste of cabbage goes very well not only with various salty dishes, but also with sweet ones.
