Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Rice 200 g
Eggs 2 pc
Parsley to taste
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Champignon 200 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Dill to taste
Squid 2 pc
Red caviar 140 g
Lettuce leaves 20 g

How to make a salad with squid and red caviar? We prepare ingredients for preparing a holiday salad.

Chop the onions and grate the carrots on a fine grater.

Place the onions and carrots in a frying pan heated on the stove and sauté until smooth. Place the fried vegetables in a cup.

Chop the peeled and washed champignons and fry them in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Place the fried champignons on a plate.

Finely chop the squids boiled in salted water for three minutes and place on a plate.

Chop the greens for the salad. Grate two boiled chicken eggs on a fine grater.
