Healthy & Delicious Soy Burgers

Minimum calories, maximum benefits!. Very tasty and healthy, satisfying and light burgers made from soy mince. An excellent option for those who like soy meat, or for some reason do not consume animal meat. This is a basic recipe; you can add flax seeds, dry mashed potatoes, pea or buckwheat flakes, and vegetables to it if desired. The main advantage of such burgers is a minimum of calories, maximum benefits.

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Cereals 15 g
Water 100 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Soy meat 30 g
Dry cream 8 g
Flaxseed flour 3 g

Recipe instructions

Mix soy mince, cream, oatmeal, flaxseed flour, salt and spices in one container, add warm boiled water. Stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell.

From the resulting mass, form small burger-shaped cutlets. Roll each burger in fiber on all sides. I use wheat fiber for breading; it gives the dish an appetizing golden hue and a cereal flavor.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Place cooked burgers on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
