Cheesy Baked Mushrooms in Sour Cream

Basic:

Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sour cream 0.5 cup
Hard cheese 50 g
Parsley (or dill) 5 g
Bulb onions 100 g
Vegetable oil (1.5 table. l. for frying and 0.5 table. l. for lubricating the mold) 2 tbsp
Mushrooms (I have frozen mushrooms, but you can use any frozen or fresh mushrooms) 600 g

Required ingredients. The main thing here, of course, are mushrooms. Absolutely any will do — those that you have in stock: champignons, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, fresh, frozen or even soaked canned mushrooms. I have frozen pigs that I had left over from the mushroom season (pre-boiled in salted water)

Finely chop the onion

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown
