How to make salad Beads in the snow with chicken for the New Yearʼs table? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of boiled chicken, you can use smoked, fried or baked chicken. You can replace pickled cucumbers with fresh or salted ones. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 4 pieces so that there is enough white for the top layer.

Pre-boil the chicken fillet until tender in salted water for about 25 minutes. Then dry the chicken and cut into small pieces.

Boil the carrots in their skins until tender, cool and peel. Grate on a coarse grater. Instead of one large one, I have two small carrots.

Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Hard or semi-hard cheese is suitable for this dish. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes. I have regular Russian cheese.

Place the chicken fillet on the dish, forming an even circle. Pour mayonnaise on top. I first transferred the mayonnaise into a cooking bag to make it easier to apply it to the ingredients.
