How to make a salad with squid, apple and egg? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step. If you wish, you can add other ingredients to the salad to taste: bell pepper, celery, olives, etc. You can supplement the squid with other seafood: mussels, shrimp, etc. Drain the water from the canned peas and dry the peas.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and ground pepper and mix thoroughly.

Clean the squid from the skin, internal films, remove the chitinous plate and entrails. Rinse thoroughly. If the squids are frozen, defrost them first, but not completely — frozen squids are easier to clean. For proper defrosting, read the separate article at the end of the recipe. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, no longer, otherwise they will become rubbery and tasteless.

Cool the finished squids and cut into strips. You can replace boiled squids with canned ones.

Wash the apple thoroughly and dry. If desired, you can peel, remove the core and seeds and cut into small cubes. If the apple begins to darken quickly, sprinkle it with lemon juice.
