Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Necessary products.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare a shallow but large plate. Place the first layer of potatoes, grated on a coarse grater. Flatten, add a little salt, and make a mesh of mayonnaise.

Step 3

Step 3
Place a second layer of cervelat, cut into small cubes, but cut off two circles of sausage to decorate the salad. Next, lay out the mushrooms, cut into slices. Make a mesh out of mayonnaise.

Step 4

Step 4
Next, lay out the tomatoes, cut into small cubes, but cut off two circles to decorate the salad. Make a mayonnaise mesh.

Step 5

Step 5
Place eggs grated on a coarse grater on top. Salt it a little. Make a mesh out of mayonnaise.

Step 6

Step 6
Next is cheese, grated on a fine grater. You need to cover the entire surface of the salad with cheese.

Step 7

Step 7
Now comes the fun part – the decoration! Cut out “ears” and a “piglet” from the sausage for the pig. Cut one olive in half lengthwise and cut crosswise into small pieces — “eyebrows”, “bangs”, “chin”. Cut the second olive crosswise into two equal parts — “eyes”. Make “cheeks” and “mouth” out of tomatoes. Now collect the pork snout on the salad itself. Make “pupils” and “nose” using mayonnaise dots.

Step 8

Step 8
This is the layered salad inside. A salad in the shape of a piglet turns out to be fun, festive and, of course, delicious!

Step 9
Bon appetit! Happy holiday!
