Basic:

Olive oil 1 tbsp
Potato 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Salted cucumbers 2 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Tkemali Sauce 50 g
Salmon (You can have trout or other red fish) 350 g
Lettuce leaves 100 g
Ground pepper mixture to taste
Shallot 0.5 pc

On the eve of the international womenʼs holiday on March 8, we are preparing trout salad for our beloved ladies. Remove the skin from the chopped trout and cut it into small pieces.

We heat a frying pan with olive oil added to it, which we distribute evenly over it with a brush, after which we send the fish pieces into the frying pan over medium heat, stirring and without moving far from the stove so as not to dry them out.

Transfer the cooked fish to a convenient container.

We begin to thinly and not very finely chop half a red onion, which we place in a large bowl.

Dice the boiled carrots and add them to the bowl with the chopped onions.

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and place them in a bowl with the onions and carrots.
