Nutritious Veggie & Dried Fruit Salad

A healthy salad for everyone, it’s quick and easy to prepare! The recipe is very useful, since it contains all natural products. Prunes, dried apricots, beets and nuts are very useful for the digestive system. If you wish, you can make mayonnaise yourself or even replace it with white yogurt or low-fat sour cream, this is at the discretion of everyone. Heat treatment is minimal.

Garlic 10 g

Beet (boiled) 170 g

Prunes 50 g
Dried apricots 50 g
