Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad from fresh cucumbers and tomatoes? Prepare your food. Wash vegetables and herbs well and dry with napkins. You can use any vegetable oil.

Step 2

Step 2
If the skin of the cucumbers is bitter, or too tough, or you just want the finished salad to be softer, then cut it off. Also cut off the ends of the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers themselves into small slices and place in a salad bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices approximately the same size and shape as the cucumbers. Remove the bases of the stalks. Add crushed tomatoes to the bowl with the cucumbers.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings or quarter rings. Add to the chopped vegetables, separating individual onion slices with your hands. All that remains is to season the salad of tomatoes with cucumber and onion with vegetable oil, add salt to taste and add ground black pepper at your discretion. Donʼt forget to finely chop and add fresh dill.

Step 5

Step 5
Mix all the prepared ingredients and serve the salad of fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and onions immediately after preparation. It tastes exactly fresh.
