Strawberry Arugula Feta Salad

A bright, healthy and light salad with an unusual taste. This salad has a flavor contrast — the sweetness of ripe strawberries and the slight spiciness and piquancy of arugula. It is this duet that gives the salad its unusualness and originality. Arugula itself has a distinct taste, similar to mustard with a nutty undertone. Walnuts and dressing complement well and enhance the taste of the salad. The salad goes well with any meat dishes.
