Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a dressing for funchose in Korean with your own hands? Prepare your food. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can vary the amount of hot and spicy ingredients according to your taste, especially with chili pepper. Sesame oil or any other odorless vegetable oil is suitable. Rice vinegar can be replaced with 6% or another to taste. To recalculate the amount of vinegar, use a special calculator, link in the “Ingredients” section in the “Vinegar” line.

Step 2

Step 2
Take a thick-bottomed saucepan and add sugar and salt into it. Be careful with salt — soy sauce, which already contains salt, is then added to the dressing. Pour in water. Boil it on the stove until it boils.

Step 3

Step 3
Then pour soy sauce, oil and vinegar into hot water.

Step 4

Step 4
Finely chop the chili pepper. If you like it very spicy, then add it along with the seeds; if not, add only the pulp.

Step 5

Step 5
Also chop the garlic clove with a knife as finely as possible. Send to other products.

Step 6

Step 6
Add dry spices to the dressing — ginger and coriander. To make them reveal their aroma even more, you can dry them in a dry frying pan. Stir.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the saucepan over low heat again and bring the dressing to a boil. Then cool it completely. Be sure to taste the dressing and add what you think is necessary. Homemade dressing for funchose with soy sauce is ready.

Step 8
I seasoned the funchose with mushrooms and vegetables. Delicious!
