Step 1

How to make a salad from chicken, cucumbers and tomatoes? Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Take cherry or regular tomatoes, you can use white lettuce, red or shallot onions. Instead of chicken breast, it is permissible to take turkey fillet.

Step 2

Step 2
First, boil the chicken breast. Fill it with water, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the resulting foam, lightly salt the water and leave on moderate heat for 20 minutes. Next, drain the water and cool the meat.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion. Rinse cucumber, tomatoes, onions and dry with napkins. If the cucumber has rough, damaged skin, it is better to cut it off. To brighten the finished salad, I used cherry tomatoes of different colors.

Wash the lettuce in clean water. Each leaf should be washed separately to get rid of sand and remaining soil. Dry the leaves with a kitchen towel or napkins. There should be no excess moisture on the green salad. Instead of lettuce, it is permissible to use other leaves such as: iceberg lettuce, spinach, romaine, corn lettuce, lollo rossa, or mix several types at the same time.
