Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt 0.25 tsp
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Chicken fillet (boiled 1 pc.) 250 g
Canned champignons 200 g

How to make Alex salad with chicken and mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take chicken fillet boiled, baked or smoked to your taste. Cheese is preferably hard or semi-hard; choose a quality product. Peel the garlic cloves. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly in cold water and dry with paper or kitchen towel.

Cut the chilled chicken fillet into small cubes and place in a spacious bowl.

Drain liquid from canned mushrooms. Sliced, there is no need to chop additionally, if the mushrooms are whole, cut into slices and place in a bowl with the chicken.

For tomatoes, remove the base of the stalk. Cut into the same cubes as the chicken and add to the salad.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the bowl.

Pass the garlic cloves through a press or grate on a fine grater. Add chopped garlic and mayonnaise to the salad, mix all ingredients and add salt to taste.
