Tomatoes 90 g
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Lettuce leaves 30 g
Pine nuts 25 g
Persimmon 1 pc

To prepare a salad with persimmons and pine nuts you will need: persimmons, tomatoes, lettuce, pine nuts, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt.

Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan to enhance the nutty aroma.

Wash the persimmon, dry it, cut it into small slices, removing the seeds.

Wash the tomatoes and dry them. If the tomato is large, cut into slices in the same way as persimmons. I have small tomatoes, I cut them into 4 parts.

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Grind the leaves with your hands and place on a plate.
