Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Tomatoes 2 pc
Parsley 15 g
Crab sticks 200 g
Soft cheese 100 g

Refueling:

Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make a salad with crab salad with cheese and tomatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of crab sticks, you can use shrimp or crab meat. I used feta cheese, you can use any other cheese you like. And, if you like, replace the parsley with dill. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs in advance. Thaw the sticks if necessary.

Cut crab sticks into slices.

Cut feta or any other soft cheese into medium cubes.

Cut the tomatoes into medium cubes or quarters. You can replace large tomatoes with small cherry tomatoes. It will be enough to cut them in half.

Finely chop the parsley (or dill, other herbs of your choice).

Prepare ingredients for salad dressing. I used olive oil, but any vegetable oil will do. You can replace the lemon juice with lime juice or lemon sauce.
