Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Eggs (boiled) 3 pc
Bulb onions 0.5 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Dill 15 g
cucumbers 300 g
Crab sticks 200 g
Parboiled rice (raw, boil first for salad) 2 tbsp

How to make classic crab salad without corn? Wash fresh cucumbers, dry and cut into small cubes. Place the sliced cucumbers in your chosen salad bowl.

Pour boiling water 2:1 over steamed rice and boil until tender, drain and cool. Add the cooled boiled rice to the bowl with the chopped cucumbers.

If crab sticks are frozen, defrost them first. Remove crab sticks from package and chop. Add chopped sticks to salad.

Peel the pre-boiled and cooled eggs and cut into cubes. Add eggs to salad.

Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife. You can first pour boiling water over the onions. Wash fresh dill, dry and finely chop. Add onions and dill to the salad.

To dress the salad, I use mayonnaise, or you can use a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and mix.

Cool the finished salad slightly before serving. The salad can serve as an independent dish or as one of the cold appetizers on the holiday table.
