Such beauty can be served to the most dear guests! Oddly enough, there are few recipes for this salad on the Internet. This may be due to the fact that the Chamomile and Sunflower salads are very similar in appearance and design. And one is often passed off as the other.

Basic:

Chicken fillet 350 g
Champignon 250 g
Hard cheese 120 g
Eggs 4 pc
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Decoration:

Canned corn 100 g

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare the Chamomile salad with chips, we will need: large chicken fillet; pickled mushrooms (you can use any mushrooms, I used champignons); eggs; cheese; mayonnaise; ground black pepper and salt.

First boil the chicken breast in salted water. Cool the meat and cut into small pieces.

Drain liquid from marinated mushrooms. Dry the champignons and cut into small pieces.

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Finely chop the eggs or grate them on a coarse grater.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

In a salad bowl, combine chicken fillet, marinated mushrooms, eggs and cheese.

Season the salad with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.

Place the salad mixture in an even mound on a plate.

Decoration. To give the salad a daisy-like appearance, we need chips (preferably smooth, light-colored ones, such as Pringles) and canned corn.

Place canned corn kernels tightly on top of the salad so that there are no empty spaces.
