Eggs 4 pc
Green onions 10 g
Mayonnaise 50 g
Dill 10 g
cucumbers 2 pc
Semi-smoked sausage 250 g

How to make a salad with sausage, cucumbers and eggs? First of all, boil the eggs. To do this, fill them with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook them in boiling water for 9 minutes. Then drain the boiling water, pour cold water over the eggs and cool. Remove the shell from boiled eggs. Wash fresh cucumbers and remove the stems from both sides.

Remove the skin from the sausage and cut it into small cubes. Place the sliced sausage in a bowl to prepare the salad. Instead of semi-smoked sausage, you can take carbonated sausage, ham, any smoked meat or chicken.

Cut fresh cucumbers into medium-sized cubes (about the same as sausage) and place in a bowl, following the sausage.

Cut the peeled eggs either with a knife or using an egg slicer.
