Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
White wine vinegar (Vinegar 6%) 1 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
cucumbers 200 g
Chicken fillet (Chicken fillet can be boiled or fried without oil in a grill pan) 250 g
Lettuce leaves (Any lettuce leaves you like will do.) 170 g
Sun-dried tomatoes (I buy sun-dried tomatoes in oil, they are sold in jars) 150 g

Recipe instructions

Prepare all the ingredients in advance and wash the vegetables. Prepare chicken chops no more than 1.5 cm thick and fry on a preheated grill pan. Fry each side for no more than 1.5 minutes, otherwise the meat will be dry.

Place lettuce leaves in a deep plate (this makes it easier to mix).

Cut the cucumbers, bell peppers, chicken and sun-dried tomatoes into strips.

Season the salad with three tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of 6% vinegar.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

I used walnuts to decorate the salad, but this is not necessary.
