Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with smoked sausage and tomatoes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the sausage from the outer casing, wash and dry the tomatoes and herbs. Place the eggs in a saucepan, add water and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes. Fill with cold water and cool completely.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the sausage into medium cubes. If you don’t like this kind of slicing, you can cut it into strips. You can take smoked sausage to your taste, it can also be raw smoked. Place the sausage in a bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the tomato into cubes, slightly larger than the sausage, and add to the bowl with the sausage. You need to take a strong tomato, preferably with a minimum of seeds inside. If desired, you can simply remove them, but usually they do not interfere.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the onion and chop finely. You can take not only regular onions, but red or white are also suitable. If you only have onions and they are very spicy, pour boiling water over them and let the water drain. Add the onions to the salad bowl.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into cubes. Add them to the bowl with the sausage and vegetables. Never put warm or hot food in salad, it will spoil very quickly.

Step 6

Step 6
Chop the greens and add to the salad. I use parsley, but you can use any herb you like.

Step 7

Step 7
Stir the salad until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 8

Step 8
Arrange the salad among portioned salad bowls, add mayonnaise, garnish with herbs, salt and serve. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt. Bon appetit.
